Sher has held senior roles at prominent institutions such as JP Morgan and boutique managers like Marathon Asset Management, where he led teams in Investment Performance and Risk. His career includes spear heading initiatives to promote international trade, collaborating with HM Treasury with the support of the then UK Chancellor and former Prime Minister, Rt. Hon Gordon Brown MP, to position Britain as a gateway to Islamic finance and trade.

Driven by his passion for technology, Sher has built a diverse portfolio of tech stocks, start-ups, and crypto currencies, with a focus on AI and blockchain. He believes these sectors will redefine societal and organisational interactions, making them essential for forward-thinking investors. He also founded PiPA Solutions, a company pioneering a digital identity service, offering users unparalleled control over personal data while enabling seamless authentication across digital and physical environments.
